PALS Program
The PALS program provides survivors of brain injury with the opportunity to become active in their communities while creating new, meaningful relationships. The program supports the development of mutually rewarding friendships between the volunteer and survivor.
PALS participants make a commitment to communicate with each other at least once a week via telephone or email, and attend outings as a pair at least once a month, for one year. These mutually chosen outings may include seeing movies, going out to dinner; taking walks, playing games, etc.
